A surface challenge to solve?
Let's start by talking about it.
Tell us about your material, your process, and your constraints. Our technical team will get back to you with a concrete assessment.

Book a consultation
Talk directly to an expert instead of a form. An initial consultation to scope your application and determine whether plasma is the right answer to your problem.
Schedule a meetingWrite to us and we will propose two slots within 48 business hours. [email protected]
- You describe your part, your material and the goal you are after, in the form opposite.
- We confirm feasibility within 48 business hours — and we tell you plainly if plasma is not the right answer.
- You ship your parts to our lab in Quebec City. The shipping address and packing instructions are sent to you on confirmation.
- You receive a treatment report: plasma parameters applied, characterisation results, and an integration recommendation.
Your parts, your datasheets and the description of your process stay confidential. A non-disclosure agreement can be signed before any technical exchange, on request.

Before you write
Is the first assessment paid?
No. The initial discussion and the first technical assessment are free and carry no commitment. You describe your part and your goal, and we tell you what plasma can do — and what it will not do.
A costed estimate follows the diagnostic stage, and it too carries no commitment.
Is my material compatible with plasma?
The vast majority of polymers, metals, glasses and composites can be treated with DBD plasma. The surest way to find out is to send us a description of your part and your goal: we come back with a first assessment and, if useful, treat a sample in our own facilities.
Can you treat my parts before I buy equipment?
Yes. Our facilities in Quebec City let us treat your parts as a service, long enough to validate the process and build your qualification file. It is often the best way to start a project without committing to capital equipment.
Do my parts and my data stay confidential?
Yes. Your parts, your datasheets and the description of your process do not leave our team. A non-disclosure agreement can be signed before any technical exchange, on request — just mention it in your message.
How long does it take to integrate a reactor into my line?
It depends on the complexity of the integration. For a standard reactor, allow roughly 1 to 3 months between order and commissioning. For a custom reactor, the schedule is framed at design stage and firmed up with the specification.
What documentation do you provide for my customer audits?
Every project ships with a documented process file: plasma parameters, characterisation methods, validation results and operating procedures. For regulated markets (medical, food), we adapt the level of documentation to your sector's requirements.
